"My family turned their back on me, basically, when I was having a hard time," said Ciccone, who grew up in Rochester Hills, Mich, the second of eight siblings including his mega-famous sister Madonna.
"You think I haven't answered this kind of question a bazillion times -- why my sister is a multibazillionaire, and I'm homeless on the street? Never say never. This could happen to anybody."
Ciccone had been working at his father's winery -- which sells "Madonna Wine" -- until he was let go over a year ago.
MORE MONEY, MORE PROBLEMS: FAMOUS FEUDING FAMILIES
Since then, he's been fighting for survival on the freezing streets in Michigan.
"You have no idea how gruesome it is," said Ciccone, who collects cans for money and relies on churches for food.
"You get nerve damage. That's the milder stage, in the severe stage you have tissue damage, that is when you lose parts of your body. I got frostbite on my feet last winter."
Ciccone's struggle is a far cry from his sister's luxurious life.
The superstar singer has homes in London, Los Angeles and her newly-renovated $32 million townhouse in New York City.
